Bad Boy Boxing Rules & Regulations
There are no pre-determined winners: Every man is fighting for the chance to be crowned the “Bad Boy” of their city, in front of people they know, and a chance to advance to the finals for the championship belt and $500 in prize money.

Our events are single elimination boxing tournaments. Winners continue until crowned Champion of their weight class.
Each fighter MUST have an HIV test done before the weigh in. Some tests are FREE and locations are listed on our web site
Fighters are broken down into 4 weight classes. Light Weight (140 -159 lbs), Middle Weight(160-184 lbs), Light Heavy Weight ( 185-215) and Heavyweight (216-300lbs).
Each bout consists of 3-one minute rounds with a 60-second rest between rounds.
Strictly boxing, no wrestling, no throw-downs, and no kicking.
No Professional Boxing or Professional MMA experience allowed. No more then 3 amateur fights in the last 3 years in both boxing or MMA.
7. Each fighter must be between the ages of 18 - 40
8. 3 knockdown rule and standing 8 counts are in effect.
9. Judges use the 10 point must system with points awarded for aggression, power, number of hits, defense, etc.
Each fighter will be supplied with gloves, headgear, and groin protection.
Each fighter is responsible for bringing their own mouth piece, hand wraps, towel, and water bottle.
Each fighter is REQUIRED TO SELL A MINIMUM OF 20 TICKETS TO PARTICIPATE. The more tickets you sell, the more money you will make in commissions. Commissions are paid on the night tickets are turned in.
